I love that I can put a book on hold, a new book that everyone is talking about, and within a week or so the book is neatly shelved at my Morningside Heights library, waiting only for me. The system WORKS. Efficiently. Now I am lucky and can afford to buy books, but this is a lifesaver for people who cannot.
