Libraries have changed my life because books have allowed me to travel to places in my mind where I am unable to physically visit. The George Bruce Library and my students(Prekindergarten) and their parents are working in partnership to expose the importance of having a library in their community.Students have received library cards, weekly visits at the library to participate in story time and select books of their choice. Together we desire to plant seeds that will foster the love of books at an early age of a child’s life.
